MSY's very own Jenn Silvi is BACK at MSY with a new class, Restore and Reboot. This class is guaranteed to get you calm and focused enough to face the week head. This is some serious relaxation and an excellent counterpoint to a more rigorous yoga practice.

Are you looking to find balance in an over-scheduled life? Chronically fatigued or stressed? Simply want to have a new experience on the mat? Dynamic restorative poses are designed to detoxify, relax, and refresh the body, mind, and spirit. Cultivate a sense of inner peace and conscious awareness with this class. Restorative yoga postures are practiced where the body is fully supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Muscle contraction is minimized bringing the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and rest. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation are also incorporated to integrate the benefits of the physical poses. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and more centered - a treat for the mind and body!

The good old days of Yin Yoga have returned with the wonderful Xixi Rivera, a wonderful local teacher who has joined MSY's roster. Exhale and unwind with this beautifully indulgent class - you never knew stress relief could feel this decadent! Stick around after Erica Ford's Flow Clinic for a double header!
